I’ve been waiting almost four months to show you some of these photos. Towards the end of my trip to Iceland last summer, my old school, Western Academy of Photography, pointed Oliver Scott, a Scottish woodwork designer and maker in Victoria in my direction. He needed photos of furniture he had designed and built.
In the beginning of August I shot some of his work, and last weekend he got me to do some further work for him, in order to beef up his website before he launched it. Oliver, whose business is called Caledonia Silva, produces some beautiful work, and I think my favourite is the Ebb Tide wine rack.
